How I found happiness by healing my brain.

Today I want to share with you how I found happiness by healing my brain. I am someone who has had his share of unhappiness over the years and my life experiences have led me to the conclusion that happiness is entirely based on the physical health of the brain.

Robbin Williams committed suicide a few weeks ago. Here is someone who is loved by millions, has millions of dollars in the bank, and what does he do? He cuts his wrists open and hangs himself.

Happiness is dependent on the physical health of the brain, not on anything found on the outside.

 

There are 4 basic elements to good brain health:

1- Proper sleep (Omega-3 rich foods, such as chia seeds and fish oil, will make you sleep like a baby!)

2- Proper food (coconut oil, Himalayan pink salt, fruit and vegetable smoothies, raw eggs, garlic, walnuts, bacopa monnieri, Omega-3 fish oil, Intermittent Fasting)

3- Meditation (stress management)

4- Proper exercice

Dementia can be described as "Diabetes of the brain". Intermittent Fasting is a powerful way to bring sugar and insulin levels back to their normal levels. This benefits the brain.

In the video below, I offer useful information on Intermittent Fasting, which I practice every day. Intermittent Fasting makes me happy, blissful, more energetic.

I made the video below after having had my last meal 20 hours earlier. I interrupted my fast with an energizing and alkalizing green smoothie, made from the following:

1 whole cucumber

4 celery sticks

1 leaf of kale

1 whole lemon (with skin. Makes sure it's organic)

coconut oil and a variety of nuts

Himalayan pink salt
