Healing with a garlic, honey, lemon, ginger, apple cider vinegar mixture.

In a blender, blend 10 cloves of garlic, 1 cup raw unheated honey, 1 cup organic apple cider vinegar, half a lemon, a piece of fresh ginger.

Garlic is a sulfur-rich food and a natural antibiotic.

Honey is rich in vitamins, minerals and enzymes. It is important for the honey to be raw, unheated, since heat destroys of lot of the life found in the honey.

Lemon is a cleansing food. Even though the fruit is acidic, it makes the body alkaline once digested.

Ginger reduces inflammation in the body, has a mild aphrodisiac effect and helps with digestion.

Apple cider vinegar has a beneficial effect on the Krebs cycle, which in turn helps improve one's energy levels throughout the day. Apple cider vinegar is a fermented food and helps with digestion, and has anti-viral properties. I use Bragg's Organic apple cider vinegar.

All of these 5 foods combined, create a tremendous immunity-building and cleansing drink.

I store the mixture in the fridge. Each morning I start the day with 2 tablespoons of this mixture in a glass of water. Then later during the day, I will add 1-2 tablespoons to my fruit/vegetable smoothies.
