One more random thought: I currently have a very nice woman attorney who is defending me against my ex-wife's 80 page lawsuit. My attorney is very patient with me.

You should see the legal disclaimer at the bottom of each and every one of her e-mails. Being an attorney, it goes without saying that she must put such a legal disclaimer at the bottom of every e-mail. The legal disclaimer is about 30 lines long on my iPhone. Such is life in the world of Law, I suppose.

I have to admit that I totally dislike the legal process.

Speaking of the legal process, I just purchased my portable toilet from amazon.com today.

I will be using this portable toilet in the van I plan to start living in full time, as part of my experiment in living with only the basics.

Two basic human functions: eliminating and surfing on the iPhone. At the same time is even better.

I also purchased a Verizon MIFI today. Having a Verizon MIFI is like having a Starbucks WIFI hotspot with you wherever you go. Minus the coffee and the male medical students walking around with stetoscopes around their necks. To. Impress. The. Girls.

The Verizon MIFI connects to the Internet using a 3G wireless connection, and creates a WIFI network with a 20-30 foot radius around itself. Up to 5 different devices can connect to the device simultaneously.

The kids can use the WIFI connection while the car is in motion. The MIFI is great indeed.

Verizon's cellular coverage is excellent, and I should be able to get a WIFI connection wherever my van takes me.

Therefore, now that I have a Verizon MIFI and my portable toilet for my van, I will be able to perform two very important basic human functions, essential to life:

1- vacate my bowels in comfort and privacy.

2- work on my iPhone using the WIFI connection provided by my Verizon MIFI.

What do you mean "One of those is not a basic human function."?

Have you ever tried spending a few days without going to the bathroom?
